L@@K! He did it!
I wasn’t sure what to expect. James went off to Pigeon Forge, TN last weekend with his Bible study group. He didn’t have a good camera, so we had to fix that problem before he drove off unable to document everything fun that would happen!!
Would my nineteen year old son come home with a memory stick full of shots of goofy teens inside a cabin? Would he have blurred shots of empty rooms and bumpers of cars from the trip back and forth? Would he make sure to take a few pictures of the natural beauty around him?
As it turns out, he got a little of it all.
I’m so excited for him. Our purchase of a camera was a good one. And James’s trip to Pigeon Forge was very enriching. He rejuvenated old friendships while creating new ones. He was able to participate in some rich Bible study. He went hiking on some beautiful Tennessee trails and still found time to be silly.
And he documented it all along the way.
What about you? Are you taking time to photograph your days so that you can remember their richness at a later date?
