My sweet friend, Anne has a n.e.a.t ring. She said that she thought of me when she bought it.
And she said that I was one of the first people to comment on it,
which struck her as odd.
While in Savannah last week, I found one of my own!!
I guess I understand.
I don’t expect many people to like my new ring
as much as I do.
Not many women are lovers of animals that creep, slink, jump, squirm and slither their way through life.
But, me? I love them! I love frogs and toads, skinks and salamanders, lizards and snakes.
And I’m really excited about my new gecko ring.
I know! There probably won’t be lots of “I love your ring!” comments made,
but that’s okay with me.
Because my new gecko ring makes me smile wide.
